The Sunday Drop
It's Father's Day, which means I'm thinking about the people who shaped how we move in the world, the energies we inherited and the ones we had to grow on our own. My dad was equal parts quiet steadiness and wild creative spark. I didn't understand until much later that I carry both of those things. That both of those things are, in fact, leadership.
It also means I'm thinking about you and the particular way you've been leading.
IN TODAY'S ISSUE:
→ The industry rule she followed for years that was never actually hers
→ What a course creator she'd never met taught her about permission
→ Tomorrow, Avalon introduces five women in a forest clearing. One of them is going to feel like you. (Watch for it here: The Avalon Chronicles)
Frequency Anchor
~ This week’s whisper for your next evolution.
"She spent years becoming someone else. The day she stopped was the day she became formidable."

The Woman in the Mirror Who Wasn't You
There's a kind of exhaustion that doesn't come from doing too much.
It comes from doing everything right and still feeling like you're wearing someone else's clothes. Like the strategy fits fine on paper but sits wrong on your actual body.
For years, the message from every corner of the online business world was the same: be on camera - video is the way. Courses need modules, modules need recordings and the longer the course takes to complete, the more valuable it must be. Content equals worth and more must be better.
So that's the world that was built. It never felt right to me, but I was continuously told: “You just need more practice. Get out of your comfort zone.”
Here's what I didn't let myself say out loud for a long time: I don't actually like video. I don't love consuming content that way and I don't love creating it the way I was told it had to be done. What I love is words. Concise, well-crafted, written material that respects my time and gets to the point. I've always learned better from something I can read at my own pace, mark up and return to easily.
I knew, somewhere underneath the noise, that I couldn’t be alone in this.
And then I thought about a course creator I'd admired for years. A man who built enormously popular, genuinely excellent courses entirely in written format. No talking head videos or powerpoint slides. Occasionally a link to someone else's relevant clip, but otherwise… words on a page. His courses were some of the best I'd ever taken. The format never once made them feel less, it made them feel more like him.
The evidence was there. I had the proof and still I kept feeling compelled to build the way the industry said was required.
It took a single conversation with a mentor for something to shift. She didn't tell me anything I didn't already know. She just helped me hear myself say it: I can create the way I actually want to create. Not as a workaround or a compromise. As a legitimate choice made by a woman who knows how she thinks, how she learns and what she's here to build.
That's the thing about leading from your frequency, it doesn't always require a revelation. Sometimes it just requires someone to hold the space while you finally say the true thing out loud.
Integration Invitation
This week, identify one place in your business where you're doing something the "industry way" rather than your way. You don't have to change it today. Just ask: if no one had ever told me this was how it's done, would I have chosen this? Let the question sit.
Closing Insight
The woman who leads from her own frequency doesn't work harder. She works as herself, and that turns out to be entirely different.
The Ease Prescription
~ Your frequency-first lifestyle prescription for the week
This week, before you make one business decision - a content piece, pricing call or offer structure - pause for 10 seconds and ask: Is this mine, or am I borrowing it? You don't need to act on the answer. Just let the question exist before you proceed.
A Whisper Worth Keeping
~ A glimpse into the private journal of the woman you’re remembering
I stopped performing someone else's version of brilliant. It turns out I had a version of my own the whole time, I just had to get quiet enough to hear it.
Leading from here doesn't feel like striving. It feels like coming home to myself after a very long trip.
What would you build, and how differently would you build it, if you trusted that your way of seeing is exactly what's needed?
This Week in Ease Drops Plus
This week's Plus issue, The Frequency Discovery Guide, goes somewhere the free content won't: into the shadow side of your leadership archetype. Because your natural frequency isn't just a gift, it has a particular way of tripping you up when you're under pressure or out of alignment. Knowing that pattern is the difference between using your intelligence and being used by it. The journaling prompts inside are designed to surface exactly that.
This is where we turn the idea into an operating system.
Before you go, here are three ways I can support you:
→ Join us in the community: Where sophisticated women are building elegant, aligned businesses with intelligent strategy and ease.
→ Discover your feminine frequency archetype: Because strategy that doesn't start with you is just borrowed advice.
→ Explore the business framework: A radical alternative to the hustle playbook. The 4-box model provides structure your nervous system can actually live in.
You've been the right leader all along. You just might have been running the wrong blueprint.
