Pull these into one place (Sheet/Notion/Airtable):

• Revenue by month + offer

• Expenses by category

• Leads + conversion sources

• Audience growth + top content

• Time/energy notes (even informal)

2) Ask AI to find the story in the numbers

Paste a summary (or table) into ChatGPT and prompt:

• “Find the top 5 growth drivers and why they worked.”

• “Spot the biggest energy leaks (time, offers, clients, platforms).”

• “What patterns repeat across my best months?”

• “If my business were a body, where is inflammation?” (yes… do it)

3) Close the open loops

Create three lists:

• Complete: what’s done, delivered, resolved

• Release: what you’re not taking forward

• Restore: what gets to return (joy, simplicity, standards)

4) Write your “Closure Statement”

One paragraph you’ll keep. Example:

• “This year I learned ________.

• I’m releasing ________.

• Next year I’m committed to ________.”
