The Friday Frequency

It's the end of my first full week of October in a new home, and it's been a week of small new things. This week we talked about landing. About how tiring it is when nothing runs on autopilot, in your life or in your business. Here's what I keep coming back to. The kindest thing you can do in a season of change is give yourself two gifts at once: time to arrive, and fewer things to decide.

In today's issue:

→ What landing asks of your heart and what it asks of your business
→ The way you'd welcome a brilliant new hire, and why you deserve it too
→ A recentering ritual and a defaults worksheet for seasons of change

In Case You Missed This Week’s Issues

  • The Feminine OS Playbook: Sunday’s Lifestyle Edition
Feeling Lost After a Big Life Change
Sunday's letter came from my new home in Sitges, where even buying groceries takes a translator and a little courage. It names the tiredness nobody warns you about after a big change and why it isn't a sign you chose wrong. If you've landed somewhere new lately, this one is for you.

  • The Feminine CEO Playbook: Wednesday’s Business Edition
When Your Business Loses Its Autopilot
Every transition turns your settled business decisions into fresh homework. Wednesday's issue shows how AI can become the partner that remembers for you, and the one small move that gives you real headspace this week. You'll stop answering the same questions twice and you'll finally have somewhere to keep the answers.

Field Notes from the Feminine

Think about the last time you welcomed someone new into your business. A new assistant, a new client or a new collaborator.

You didn't expect them to know everything on day one. You gave them a handbook, you showed them where things were, you answered their questions without sighing and you gave them time, because you knew that's what it takes to settle in.

Now think about how you treat yourself in a new season.

Most of us do the opposite. No handbook. No patience. Just a quiet expectation that we should already know the way and a harsh little voice when we don't.

Here's what I've come to believe. When everything is new, you deserve the same welcome you'd give anyone you respect. Give yourself a handbook: a few clear decisions, written down, so you're not deciding everything from scratch. Then give yourself time, because nobody lands in a single week.

Both matter. A handbook without patience feels cold. Patience without a handbook feels like drowning slowly in kindness.

Treat yourself like a brilliant new hire. Hand her the handbook, then give her time.

Before you go, here are three additional ways I can support you:

→ Join us in the community: Where sophisticated women are building elegant, aligned businesses with intelligent strategy and ease.
→ Discover your feminine frequency archetype: Because strategy that doesn't start with you is just borrowed advice.
→ Explore the business framework: A radical alternative to the hustle playbook. The 4-box model provides structure your nervous system can actually live in.

Let your heart take its time arriving. Let your business carry the decisions your head can't hold right now. Somewhere between the two, a new place quietly and gently becomes home.
